Charlie Bloome's super absorbent microfibre inserts are included with each nappy or can be purchased separately to use as an extra for heavy wetters or at nap time or night time. Place one of the inserts inside the pocket for normal use and another on top if required. The inserts have three layers of microfibre and measure 15cm x 35cm.
